Job Description

PA needed for an exciting opportunity to join a growing Family Office. There is also the opportunity to work with the familys Private PA on a range of personal and business projects.My client are looking for an ambitious, confident candidate, ideally with some experience within the investment, private equity or family office sectors, a discreet approach and who is looking for a new challengeMAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Calendar and inbox management for a director
  • Business and personal travel bookings
  • Looking after private needs of the director and his family including booking appointments, meetings, restaurants, paying household bills and organising contractors plus dealing with any requests · Admin and cost tracking for renovation project
  • Processing expenses for all companies in the U.K. and abroad
  • Property management for two properties (one tenanted flat and one empty flat for family use)
  • Supporting Office Manager with overflow administration work (all ad hoc) such as spreadsheets for renovation projects, property management and downloading documents
  • Filing and document preparation
  • Holiday cover for Office Manager DESIRABLE QUALITIES:
  • Able to multitask, be organised and to adhere to deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Intermediate or advanced IT skills
  • Understanding the sense of urgency when dealing with principals and their requests
  • Ability to prioritise work tasks
  • Happy to independently support director. Happy to support office manager with additional administrative tasks under office managers supervision if required.
  • Happy to work in a small and quiet (not workload wise but not a buzzy environment) family office
  • Professional, diligent, and hard working
  • Good communicator with fluent English and excellent writing skills
