Job Description

� Loyalty Economics Analyst �Global Retailer £70k plus 15% bonus & excellent benefits� 3 days in officeAre you passionate about deciphering the commercial effectiveness of loyalty programme performance, working out if its the right message to customer, what is the measurement of the rewards on offer, are they financially viableThen this niche, yet valuable role, could be for you!Im on the lookout for a talented Loyalty Economics Analyst to join this global retail group (multiple international brands) to help drive their loyalty programs to new heights!Key Responsibilities:As a Loyalty Economics Analyst, you will:

  1. Customer Analysis: Identify new ways to attract and retain loyalty programme members
  2. Commercial Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing loyalty initiatives, providing valuable insights to optimize program performance, taking into account margins and costs
  3. Scenario Modelling: Model various loyalty initiatives such as promotions and offers to identify those which will perform the best from a cost and finance perspective
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align loyalty initiatives with broader business goals, driving cost efficiencies.
  5. Reporting and Visualization: Create insightful and visually appealing reports to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in loyalty program analytics or a related commercial analytics field.
  • Strong commercial analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, scenario modelling and commercial performance analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
