Job Description

C-Serv is a leading provider of IT Services Solutions around highly specialist next generation technologies. To date, we have successfully delivered projects in APAC, EMEA and the Americas, developing and implementing solutions for specialist requirements in developed markets. To meet demand, we are currently seeking an experienced IT Security Sales Manager to drive order growth.This is an excellent opportunity to join our innovative, technology driven company that can offer training, a competitive package and flexible working.This opportunity is ideal for someone who:

  • As a target driven Sales Manager, you will:
  • Develop and implement an appropriate sales strategy to meet agreed new business revenue and sales targets
  • Identify, manage and close sales opportunities
  • Develop, nurture and manage key EMEA channel & client relationships
  • Manage prospects, deliver accurate forecasting and continually develop a sales pipeline utilising our CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing company accounts
  • Drive the sales process towards building a sales team to support our growing consultancy business
  • The candidate will:
  • Have a strong sales background and ability to recognise and accelerate sales targets to bring on new business and successfully manage accounts
  • Possess 6 years’ + experience in a client-facing sales role with at least 3 years on Cyber Security/IT Security Consultancy
  • Demonstrate the ability to formulate and implement sales strategies
  • Understand buying criteria and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Have excellent self-management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility
  • Be a true new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped commission
  • Have leadership potential
  • Have a good technical understanding (IT methodologies, principles and technology)
  • Able to grow, develop and monitor a sales team to reach KPIs
  • * Knowledge of Palo Alto/Fortinet/F5 security solutions would be a bonus
