New concept Facilities Manager position available with a high-profile commercial landlord. Although we are looking for an experience managing agent or client-side facilities manager it is crucial we find a candidate who can think outside the box and is highly motivated to deliver a vision based on occupier experience and five-star workplace management. The successful candidate will not only be involved in the full service charge budget management and delivery of hard and soft services across this portfolio, they will have a keen interest in smart technology, sustainability and delivering service excellence.This unique concept will enable the successful facilities manager to be involved in the tendering and selection of new service partners, the setting and management of SLAs and KPIs and the subsequent management of supplier relationships. Acting as an ambassador for best practice service delivery across all hard and soft service lines, you will have a keen interest in innovation, technology and sustainability and be able to gain buy-in from the relevant teams around you.This role is working on behalf of a major commercial Landlord who operate a cluster of high profile, commercial, grade A office buildings in West London. You will work within the Facilities Management and Estates team to ensure that all service partner contracts are delivered to the highest possible standards with the client visions always at the forefront.You will have previously worked in Facilities Management for either a Landlord or commercial Managing Agent. You will have personally managed a portfolio or property in excess of 350,000 sq ft and have managed service charge budgets totaling more than £3M.Essential Requirements:
