Job Title: HR Systems, MI & outsourced Payroll ManagerLocation: West London, hybrid working available. Salary: up to £49K (potential to progress upward)JGA are exclusively partnered with a fantastic public sector organisation seeking a HR Systems, MI and Outsourced Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will have good HRIS, HR Data and outsourced Payroll knowledge. Please note, the Payroll is fully outsourced to an external provider; the extent of payroll responsibility would be approval checks. This organisation use iTrent and Business Objects to create reports. Experience of this is highly desirable but not essential. Responsibilities: * Acting as the Super User for the iTrent system. * Lead on small-scale implementation and enhancement projects. * Producing training documents on the use of the iTrent system. * Managing the HR Database for reports, dashboards and integrity. * Providing MI to stakeholders and senior leadership team. * Utilizing Business Objects to schedule reports. * Acting as the main liaison between the outsourced provider and employee payroll queries. * Signing off on monthly payroll. * Some benefits administration Requirements: * Demonstrable career history in HRIS and HR Data (preferably with iTrent experience).* Experience managing a small outsourced payroll and the relationship with the provider. * A proactive approach to reporting and process improvements. * Excellent communication skills.
