My client is a West London based secondary school, looking to recruit a HR Manager to provide strategic direction on all people matters for the Senior Leadership Team.Overseeing a small HR Team, this role will help develop a strategy to underpin the schools strategic direction. This role provides an exciting opportunity to take the operational lead across the core HR function and help shape and drive the schools approachto HR. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will review and audit the current HR processes, policies and performance indicators and implement changes to fit in line with the schools targets. You’ll oversee all employee relations issues within theschool that will deliver consistently high standards of advice and support to managers and staff within the school. You will lead on the development and implementation of agreed workforce strategies/plans that reflect the schools future needs, including theassessment of reward, recruitment and retention. You will be responsible for an ongoing programme of policy development and review that ensures the school remains compliant with any changes to employment law. Experience within an educational setting is paramount alongside formal CIPD studies to further demonstrate your technical abilities.
