Are you up for being part of something special and ready to join our teamWorking closely with the Senior Sales Director to develop the strategy and structure of a new Business focused wayleave team. Initially responsible for driving wayleave sales across multi business units (MBU) and serviced apartments nationally, this will broaden into a varied role, implementing a growing team across the relevant channels whilst working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a competitive value adding product is delivered to the client.What will you be doing

  • Identify and close business opportunities whilst maintaining relationships and developing new ones
  • Develop, structure and propose a scalable team set up to deliver MBU Wayleaves
  • Providing regular reporting, insight and analysis of progress to senior management
  • Establishing and building relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functions, working collaboratively to deliver success at Hyperoptic
  • What are we looking for
  • Extensive experience of running a successful team of sales people in the same or similar industry
  • Knowledge and experience of commercial freehold or leasehold property
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and developing people
  • Extensive business development experience
