As an LSA, youll play a pivotal role in the mainstream classroom, providing invaluable supportto both students and teachers. Starting immediately, youll have the opportunity to contribute to the education and development of young learners.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Work closely with individual students or small groups, providing additional support and guidance to enhance their learning experience.
  • Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment, building positive relationships with students and encouraging their personal growth.
  • Assist in maintaining classroom discipline and cultivating a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt teaching materials as necessary.
  • Contribute to student progress assessment and tracking, offering valuable feedback for their educational development.
  • Engage in extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience for students.
