Job Description

Nouvo are delighted to be working with a company who pride themselves on providing an extremely sociable environment for their employees thus ensuring you are rewarded for all of your contribution to the business.As a Database Administrator you will maintain a high standard of data quality for information recorded on the internal systems whilst ensuring compliance within the firms policies, data regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation, cleansing, matching, validation, de-duplication of an internal database
  • Regular reporting and searching on the relevant systems to identify and correct poor quality data
  • Use third party data sources as necessary to improve data quality
  • Identify and trouble-shoot
  • Ensure data protection compliance (such as GDPR)
  • Plan, manage and take ownership of tasks and projects and deliver results to deadlines.
  • Assist Compliance team with a project to clean up the company data
  • Provide general assistance to the Data Protection Manager and to Business Support
  • Promote the firms CRM system, InterAction, and other core systems (Aderant Expert and Intapp Open).
  • Candidate profile
  • Minimum 12 months experience of data cleansing and data quality practices.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of data compliance (such as GDPR)
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, positive and proactive.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Can do attitude and flexible approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of Lexis Nexis InterAction, Aderant Expert, and Intapp Open (or other similar software products used in the legal sector) would be an advantage, but is not essential.
