Customer Service ExecutiveWest End Hybrid working (after probation)Salary: £25,000Permanent full-time position An established consultancy firm is now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Client Support team, ensuring the company is providing an excellent customer helpline service and providing support to the wider business.   • Provide a helpdesk service to customer and clients, responding to enquiries, escalating technical enquiries where necessary, and providing solutions where possible.
  • Provide regular reports on help desk activity to team management.
  • Support the internal Training team, putting together training course packs, and recording and sending out certificates to course delegates.
  • Liaising with and providing support to the wider Customer Service team.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will be:
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Prior experience working in an administrative position.
  • Previous experience in a customer service position - such as a similar role or within hospitality - would be beneficial.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000 pa plus benefits. The company’s working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm and offers great opportunities for further development within the company including internal promotion.
