Communication is uncomplicated and relies on the trust built through professional expertise and a real team player attitude.To support this growth; they are now seeking an assistant to the Office Manager.Job role:Provide overall support and assistance to the PA/Office Manager, Commercial Director, Strategy Director and London team, with the day to day administrative activities of a busy head office.Main tasks and responsibilities:Administration· Support the Commercial Director & Strategy Director:Diary managementMeeting room bookingsCustomer conference bookingsCustomer meeting arrangements eg catering arrangementsOrganisation of customer hospitalityOverall support to Commercial, Category & Marketing teams including:Booking travel and accommodationCompiling weekly business update communicationsArranging inductions and equipment for new team startersProvide cover for the PA/ Office Manager when out of office, including assistance to the Managing DirectorWelcome visitors to the office and attend to deliveriesSupport the creation of business presentations & research projects on an ad-hoc basisOffice Management· Maintain high standards in the London office (tidiness, cleanliness, ensure maintenance or replacement of equipment etc.)· Create and maintain inventory log of all PC equipment in the Hammersmith office· Liaise with IT department to ensure IT projects for London are:Events· Collaborate with PA/Office Manager in the arrangement of company updates, functions, team events and team social celebrationsKnowledge, skills and experience· Flexible and able to work to short deadlines and changing priorities.
