Job Description

Our client currently has a vacancy for an Admissions and Marketing Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the Schools Admissions and Marketing efforts. They will work closely with the Admissions and Marketing Strategist, as well as the SeniorLeadership Team, to assist in moving prospective pupils through the admissions process, enhance the schools brand through marketing strategies, and drive pupil recruitment.Core responsibilities:

  • Support with admissions inquiries and follow up.
  • Assist in ensuring all documentation for admissions is collated and stored.
  • Work with the Admissions and Marketing Strategist to regularly review the admissions process
  • Use various software platform to communicate, organise and report effectively.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of pupil recruitment targets.
  • Support with coordinating events for prospective parents, such as Discover Mornings.
  • Contribute to the implementation of digital and social media plans.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the schools website.
Skills required:
  • Educated to A-Level or University degree level
  • Experience of working within a school environment desirable
  • Strong IT skills and experienced using, Microsoft Office suite and Google workspace (ISAMS would be a bonus)
  • Effective multi-tasker with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of the pivotal role customer care plays in admissions and has ability to build and sustain good working relationships with parents and staff
  • Organised, proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of students
