Job Description

4-Accounts/ABSDAccounts Payable Assistant (6 month contract)West EndUp to £30KOur client, an international property developer with beautiful offices near Piccadilly Circus, are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join their team as an Accounts Payable Assistant.Duties for this Accounts Payable Assistant will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing invoices and using procurement systems (SAP or equivalent)
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices
  • Verifying payment details
  • Storing and collating documentation relating to invoices and KYC
  • Ad-hoc filing and administration.
    • The ideal candidate for this Accounts Payable Assistant role will have previous experience of working within Accounts Payable and be a strong team player. Strong Excel skills are essential and you must be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively. An AAT bookkeeping (or equivalent) qualification is desirable, but not essential.Salary for this Accounts Payable Assistant role is up to £30K depending on experience and the role comes with additional benefits.Please note that for this Accounts Payable Assistant role, Victoria Wall Associates acts as an employment agency.
