Job title: Customer Service Agent - Air Express based at Heathrow AirportReports to: Customer Service Supervisor - Air ExpressOverviewTo assist with the day to day operation of the Air Express Customer Services Department. The role will involve working as part of a team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the department. You will be responsible for handling customer requests,running reports and effectively dealing with customer queries.Main accountabilities include:- Answering customer queries via both email & telephone within a timely manner.- Opening and resolving queries raised in relation to track and trace.- Running reports and tracking overseas Agents for information on deliveries to ensure on time performance.- Responding to customer requests for documentation.- Replying to customers requests for shipment updates and providing accurate information.- Updating AMIs bespoke system with data relating to tracking.- Inputting Proof of Deliveries (PODs) into our bespoke System.- Any other reasonable requests.Qualifications and Experience:- Proven previous experience of working within a similar role within an international Courier Company or similar.- A high level of customer service skills.- Good and accurate data entry skills.- Good attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.- Knowledge of MS Office - including outlook and excel.- Ability to work on own initiative, and experience of troubleshooting.- Team Player.- Completion of Aviation Security Certificate Level CO - Training providedCustomer Service Agent - Air Express x 2 - London HeathrowSalary: £20k - £22kHours: 09:00 - 17:30Holiday:20 Days + 8 Bank Holidays
