Job Description

Production Shift Manager

  • Permanent
  • West Bromwich
  • 12-hour 4on 4off
  • Salary circa £30,000
    • We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager for a leading manufacturer supplying products across the county. The ideal candidate must be experienced within a manufacturing environment.Duties and responsibilities as a Production Shift Manager:
  • Ensure production and quality targets are met
  • Ensure that the process is within budget
  • Maintaining plant operating efficiency, safety and environmental standards
  • Responsible for effective staff allocation, training and discipline
  • Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems
  • Manufacturing equipment control systems and COSHH
