Job Description

Sales Order ProcessorLocation: West BromwichSalary: 22000Job descriptionWe have an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Order Processor within an ever-evolving commercial team, based in West Bromwich. Reporting into the Internal Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for maintain acute, up-to-date, and useable informationon internal systems.Duties & Responsibilities: -

  • Collecting and entering data into internal databases.
  • Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
  • Taking responsibility to investigate issues to a satisfactory conclusion and communication the results to management.
  • Achieve individual targets and contribute fully to achieve departmental response time targets to queries.
  • Accountable for all administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time, including returns, stock checking and analysis.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as communicating with clients and customers via e-mail and telephone with any queries.
Skills & Experience: -
  • Proven data entry work experience.
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
