Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing AdministratorLocation: West BromwichSalary: £24-26k basic + £7k OTEREF: J13331:WMSector: ManufacturingOur client is one of the UKs leading independent suppliers of corrugated packaging, doing everything from Design Consultation to Delivery.This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, dynamic Sales and Marketing Administrators to join their team!Package/ Benefits:

Role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and deal with customer requests for new enquiries, orders and queries
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all customer files are inputted accurately and efficiently
  • Provide feedback to customers on enquiries and orders as required
  • Collaborate with other teams in the business through processing new customer orders and liaising with Design as required
  • This role offers excellent scope for progression opportunities into more senior roles within the company
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Comfortable working in target-driven environments
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyou must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
