Job Description

Roofing Estimator (No Weekends)£37,000- £40,000 DOE + Commission + 25 days holiday + BH + No weekends West BromwichAre you an estimator looking to work for a company established for well over 100 years, thats proudly award winning with a host of many valued commercial clients across the UKAre you looking for a long-term stable position within a company that treats their employees well and will develop their skills and experienceWith over 130 years of giving dedicated, effective and high-quality service, this is an opportunity to work for a client focused business offering comprehensive roof maintenance/refurbishment packages across the country. You will be responsible for coveringpatches throughout the UK, primarily in the south of Derby, typically within one to two hours of the office.The Responsibilities:

  • Generate detailed cost estimated costs for roofing projects
  • Visit work sites, inspect existing materials (if present), and gather data related to materials and labour costs
  • Monitor progress of existing projects
  • Monday to Friday 8-5 on and off-site duties
The person:
  • Knowledge of single ply, sheeting, cladding, felt systems and liquid coating
  • Experience in industrial, commercial or roofing industry
