Job Description

Roofing Estimator (Industrial/Commercial)£40,000- £45,000 DOE + Commission + 25 days holiday + BH + No weekends + Progression + PensionWest BromwichAre you an estimator with experience in Roofing, looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a specilaist company that will prioritise your successAre you looking for a long-term stable position within a family business that treats its employees well and will develop their skills and experience, giving you the opportunity to shape your careerWith over 130 years of giving dedicated, effective and high-quality service, this is an opportunity to work for a client-focused business offering comprehensive roof maintenance/refurbishment packages across the country. You will be responsible for coveringpatches throughout the UK, primarily in the south of Derby, typically within one to two hours of the office.The Responsibilities:

  • Generate detailed cost estimated costs for roofing projects
  • Visit work sites, inspect existing materials (if present), and gather data related to materials and labour costs
  • Monitor progress of existing projects
  • Monday to Friday 8-5 on and off-site duties
The Person:
  • Knowledge of single ply, sheeting, cladding, felt systems and liquid coating
  • Experience in the industrial, commercial or roofing industry
