Job Description

As the PPC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising paid search campaigns to drive qualified leads and grow our online presence.Reporting into our Group Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximise ROI on a substantial PPC budget. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the digital advertising efforts in a high-growthenvironment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies to achieve business objectives and maximise ROI.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager with exposure to an eCommerce environment
  • Preferably within a B2B or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
