Plant OperatorOur client are an established, growing business who are a major company ithat process metals for their UK and International customer base from West Bromwich. They are looking to recruit 6 x Plant Operators to operate and maintain the Plant with respect to allsafety, quality, and environmental standards and company policies.Responsibilities and duties:-o Set temperatures, timings using acontrol panelo Monitor, record and optimize process conditions within environmental, safety, and quality standards;o Load and drive FLT to move and dump metal deposits for refinery processo Contribute to good housekeeping practices within the plant;o Provide support to other areas of the refinery when needed.Qualifications and experience:-1 . A good level of general education;2 Two years experience in a Production/Process environment (preferably within a Heavy Industry background);3 Good interpersonal skills and able to be able to work as part of a team;Specific skills required for the role:-1. Must be computer literate;2. A fork lift licence Counterbalance licence3. Must be physically fit;4.
