The Staffing Network is a Recruitment Business relocated to our new office in Stone Cross, West Bromwich.We have a newly created vacancy for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to work in our office.The role would suit an experienced Recruitment Agency Resourcer Administrator with experience of inputting timesheets and dealing with queries.The role involves:-* Dealing with emailed timesheets and hours confirmations* Raising invoices and processing payroll* Using Xero for accounting and Brightpay for payroll, experience is desirable but using sage or in-house systems would be suitable* a minimum of AAT level 2 Is desirable* dealing with visitors face to face* answering and using the telephone in a professional manner* assisting with filing of paperwork* using microsoft office including word, exel and outlook for a variety of files* general office dutiesHours of work are based around 8.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch.Previous experience of using Microsoft, Xero, Sage or similar,and working in a fast moving payroll or accounts office is essential, AAT level 2 or above and an outgoing personality would be an advantage.We offer a competitive salary and staff discount schemes via our rewards app including High Street and online discounts.Apply below with your CV.
