Helpdesk, 1 line support, technical support £23-25k, 3 month contract, West Brom driving licence essentialFancy working with a global businessEnjoy IT Supportread onRight now, we are recruiting a temporary Onsite IT Support personnel to join the team in West Bromwich on a three-month contact.The IT team is an integrated part of operations globally. Their mission is to drive and support process harmonisation with optimal IT solutions and at the same time reduce the fragmentation of IT systems.Delivering IT services in approx. 50 countries and for more than 17,000 employees globally the mission is to provide a high level of end user satisfaction. The global team is working in 21 countries and covers all geographical regions. The Onsite IT Support role will need to gather the facts of the IT Issue, classify incidents, respond, provide support, triage calls based on specific support needed and achieve the successful resolution of the IT issue within established SLAs. The role isbased on a 37.5-hour week, however flexibility in working hours and work locations will be required to support our end users, i.e. there may be a requirement to spend time away from your home base in the UK or Europe.
