CK Technical are recruiting for an Instrument Technician to join a speciality chemical company at their site based in West Bromwich on a permanent basis. Salary: £28200 per annum - an additional payment for an call-in rota system will be added once appropriate site knowledge has been obtained. Your main duties will be:Instrumentation preventative and reactive maintenance workInstrumentation calibrations work following ISO9001To work in accordance with company safe systems of work and permit to work systemsTo interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all worksYour Background:You will need to have a recognised instrumentation apprenticeship and educated to RQF level 3 in a Control/Instrumentation disciplinePreferably have a good understanding of ATEX requirements, both Gas & Vapour (Ex01-04) and Dust (Ex05-06)The role is an immediate start and career development will be possible with both internal and external training available.job ref 48149.It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
