Job Description

Health & Social Care Lecturer, West & East MidlandsMorgan Hunt have a range of opportunities available for Health & Social Lecturers seeking temporary working throughout the West & East Midlands. If you are a Health & Social Care Teacher, Lecturer or Tutor, looking to step away from permanent employmentfor a greater work life balance or less responsibility, then get in contact today. With competitive hourly pay rates using PAYE or a third party payroll provider, less responsibility,a better work life balance and also the chance to explore different learning organisations on shorter term contracts to get a feel for the various environments within the world of Further Education.Contract can vary from, short term, long term, maternity cover, 1 year FTC. 25-40% of roles also result in a permanent offer from the College direct, giving you the option to join the organisation on a permanent basis, with Morgan Hunt wishing you all the best in your new role. Responsibilities of a Lecturer

  • Delivery of BTEC / Pearsons / CACHE / NCFE related programmes at Level (1-3)
  • Knowledge of the UK Curriculum
  • Rapport building and classroom management experience within a Further Education setting.
  • Work closely with Head of Department and Senior Leadership Team to ensure a smooth and balanced approach to Teaching.
  • Potentially some non-teaching hours available also, with planning, marking and extra-curricular activities to be paid at meeting rate.
Requirements of a Computing Lecturer
  • Proven track record of working with Young People
  • DBS on the update service or issues within the last 12 months
  • The last 2 years of references, with gaps longer than 3 months covered with a character reference
  • Able to start asap and hit the ground running
  • UK Teaching experience at Post 16 Level.
