Foundry Engineering ManagerWest Bromwich£50,000 to £80,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + Training and Development Opportunities + Progression Opportunities + Company PerksFoundry Engineering Manager required for an innovative manufacturer who are growing and unrivalled in their sector. Applicants must have a proven track record of successful people management, streamlining of operations, delivering large scale CAPEX projects OTIF and managing large budgets.Reporting to the Foundry Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of a large foundry. You will champion continuous improvement on site and project manage the site to lower the cost of manufacturing/production and optimise OEE.You will overhaul current processes, identify training and development needs within the team to deliver a road map to optimise operations on site. You will deliver CAPEX budgets, on time in full and to a high quality standard. Due to growth and restructure,you will initially assist in the merging of two sites within the business and contribute to the success of the new site and the business moving forward.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a varied role within a well established manufacturer.
