Job Description

FABRICATORMONDAY - FRIDAY: 07.30 - 16.00£10.42 PER HOURWHATS IN IT FOR MEPeople Solutions are recruiting for a Fabricator for our Client based in West Bromwich.Benefits

Day to Day Duties
  • Manufacture products to the required quality standards.
  • Undertake assembly work of windows and doors utilising hand power tools and other tools.
  • Carry out and complete general operative duties.
  • Handle materials and finished products in line with manual handling procedures.
  • Comply with all Company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and appropriate Risk Assessments.
  • Carry out the safe operation of machinery.
  • Keep workstations and factory clean, tidy and organised.
  • Raise any quality issues with a Section Leader or Production Manager.
  • Raise any Health and Safety issues with a Section Leader or Production Manager.
  • Support and assist with any continuous improvement projects.
  • Actively participate in relevant meetings.
  • Undertake any relevant training required.
  • Complete any other reasonable additional duties as requested by Management / Section leaders.
Essential Skills
  • Previous experience working as a Fabricator
  • Punctuality and good time-keeping skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work overtime as and when required
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and adhere to deadlines
