Job Description

Job Title:Band 6 DietitianLocation: West BromwichWe at Piers Meadows Recruitment are looking at a skilled Band 6 dietitian to join a multidisciplinary team.You will play a crucial role in providing acute dietetic support across various hospital sites, likely including older adults, medical, and surgerywards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and create personalized dietary plans for patients in medical and surgical settings.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
  • Provide expert nutritional advice and support to older adults, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
  • Maintain meticulous records and stay updated on the latest advancements in dietetics.
Qualifications:
  • HCPC registered Dietitian.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for patients.
  • Ability to work effectively in acute healthcare environments.
  • Willingness to travel between hospital sites.
