Job Description

Customer Administrator £20,000 - £25,000 + Pension + Life Assurance + Holiday Scheme + 38 hour working week + Paid Sick Scheme + ProgressionCommutable from: Birmingham, Dudley, Smethwick, WalsallAre you in a Customer facing role looking to join a company that offers great progression within the customer service department whilst providing a brilliant benefits packageThis is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a company growing from strength to strength, while being part of a team that oversees all customer related queries at a lower tier COMAH facility.This is a chance to further your career working at a unique chemical facility, being a valued member of a close knit team helping with contract review, order entry, preparation of shipping documentation and dealing with global based blue chip clients ona daily basis.This position would suit someone with experience in the export and shipping industry looking to join a company that are nationally recognised due to their brilliant service to some of the most notable corporations.The Role:-You will be responsible for contract review, order entry, preparation of shipping documentation -You will receive, enter and co-ordinate customers orders and provide a high level of Customer Service across the business working to ISO 9001-Attending meetings to discuss orders with production in order to keep customers updated whilst preparing quotations and ultimately dealing with customers queriesThe Person:- You will need GCSE in Maths and English, a qualification in the shipment of Dangerous Goods-Knowledge of IMDG, ADR and IATA-Ideally 2 years experience in the export and shipping industry.
