Job Description

Our client is looking for a full time Business Advisor to visit their customer base in the West Bromwich/Great Barr area. A fully expensed Company Car will be provided.In this position, The Business Advisor will:

  • Driving category sales and brand performance by building strong business relationships with retailers.
  • Ensuring clients are trained and aware of the full product range available to them, price points and the need to maintain stock levels, as well as fully utilising instore promotional merchandise.
  • Working in key grocers, and other outlets promoting the benefits of each product and reasons to stock them.
  • As the Business Advisor you will get involved in launching new brands and ensuring clients are educated and have the knowledge to sell onto the consumer
  • Assertive and a positive-can do attitude
  • Time management/budget management
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Understanding the company and the nature of the industry
  • As the Business Advisor you are expected to discover opportunities and focusing on the long-term gains
  • Enjoy face to face communication and building relationships with customers,
  • Come from a retail background and need a new challenge
  • Prepared to drive in the NW Birmingham area (automatic or manual)
  • Fluency in English Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
