Business Transformation Project Manager£37,890 - £40,876 per annum37 hours per week based in NottinghamFixed term contract/internal secondment opportunity for 6 months Nottingham City Homes manages more than 27,000 homes across the city on behalf of Nottingham City Council. Our vision is to create homes and places where people want to live. Within this role, we will look to you to deliver transformational business projects and programmes. The Business Transformation team need to embed the use of the Corporate Filing System in SharePoint. They have already undertaken a role out and now needa Project Manager to deliver the change required to embed the use of SharePoint within NCH. The ideal candidate will have sound experience of using Sharepoint, developing and implementing successful change management plans for projects and utilising both yourexpertise and experience to drive and implement change as part of the successful realisation of project outcome. Strong project management experience and a proven track record of delivering projects on budget and in a timely manner will be required to implementthis.With a talent for strategic thinking, you will be able to develop operational results as well as strategic planning and be self-motivated, outcome driven and action orientated. Alongside managing budgets, you will also manage other resources including third-partycontractors and consultants as well as liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure projects/programmes are implemented as effectively as possible.To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident in designing projects and presenting your ideas while keeping sight of the need for quality, security and privacy whilst managing projects. This role will require you to work collaboratively with,sometimes, large numbers of stakeholders; we are therefore looking for someone with excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, including with senior managers and directors.A Project Management qualification or an accreditation in Prince 2 is desirable.
