Job Description

Sales AssociateWembleyPay - £10.50 - £13phWe have hours to suit everyone! Full and Part Time Available (840 hours)My client is currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join their Luxury Athleisure sportswear brand! You will be given the opportunity to be part of a hard-working team, working closely with premium products, customers and achieving daily targets.They want their customers to step into store and feel the Luxury experience. Its your job to inform all customers about their products and drive the force behind service and selling within the store.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store
  • Acting as an ambassador for the brand
  • Always provide excellent customer service
  • Advising and assisting customers
  • Handling complaints and resolving any issues
  • Conducting customer transactions
  • Assisting with the overall visual expectations of the store
  • Assisting with store deliveries
  • Identify opportunities for up selling products and add-on sales
Skills:
  • The ability to thrive in a sales targeted environment
  • The capacity to work alone or as part of a team
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • A desire to use your initiative to solve problems
