Our current RLOs are managing several long-term and short-term decants and with the additional residents moving in we now require an additional RLO resource to help assist with this entire process.You will be involved with getting stuck into briefing sessions and/or drop-in sessions so our residents are able to understand how and when the works will take place as well as what the impact will be on their day to day lives. There will be queries to resolve as and when they come in.You will take joy from working in a customer facing role, showing empathy and care whilst dealing with our residents and have experience of decanting in a regeneration setting.This is a great opportunity to make a difference in what is a very challenging time for all.Please note, all interviews will be taking place via MS Teams due to the Coronavirus situation & this role requires a clean drivers license with access to a car insured for business purposes and an enhanced DBS check.In view of the current Coronavirus crisis, please note that the successful candidate will be required to spend time on site as and when required due to the nature of the role.If you are looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you!Rewards and BenefitsWere committed to making Network a really great place to work.
