Excellent role on offer for a Production Supervisor looking to join a rapidly expanding start up where you will work in a fast paced environment and be recognised as a leader.Do you have experience with supervising production lines and teams Are you looking to join a great company where youll make a difference within a fast paced environmentThis start up produce a range of cosmetic products for customers across the UK and overseas, being well known for their high quality. They have gone from strength to strength over the past year and as a result they are now looking for a Production Supervisor to bring their expertise and become an integral part of the team.In this role you will manage production levels from the start to the end of your shift, being driven by KPIs and coaching staff into ensuring the highest output and quality levels are reached. The existing management team will support you with full training on the production line whilst bringing your own experience and expertise into the position.The ideal candidate will have experience supervising production lines and teams and be looking for a role where youll make a difference and be well rewarded for your skill.The Role:
