An exciting opportunity for a forward thinking and driven production supervisor to join a fast-growing FMCG company, playing an important role in the growth and success of the business.Do you have experience leading managing a team of operators to achieve success Do you have experience working on a production line within a fast-moving manufacturing environmentThis company are fast becoming a world leader within their industry. Having been formed 2 years ago, they have experienced an increasing demand for their specialist product over the past year. Due to their increased success and demand in their product, they are looking to add a production supervisor to join their dedicated team.In this role you will be hands on managing the operators and occasionally working on the factory floor. You will be responsible for helping recruit new staff and training the operators. Your responsibilities will also include moving stock in and out, managing deliveries and overall making sure the production line in running smoothly.The role:
