Job Description

CARPENTER MULTI TRADER

  • Perm position
  • Location Wembley / North London
  • £36950 per annum
  • Must have a full UK driving licence as van and fuel card provide
I am currently recruiting a Carpenter to work for a housing association.Were looking for a Carpenter Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the Wembley / north LondonWith a relevant qualification in your primary trade, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.Youll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools youll need.
