Job Description

Our client, a Property Developer based in Wembley are seeking a Joinery Designer to join their team on site at their factory. They are known to creating better living spaces and pride themselves on delivering some extortionary projects.The successful individual will be making the base line modules and will need to look at each room re. fixtures / pipes to design around 5 different typical rooms that will be repeated, each one will be tweaked and slightly different. Our client has a fullydesigned architectural concept. The Joinery Designer will be working with our clients lead architect, factory manager, CAD technician, development manager and project director on site.Please note this is an urgent requirement however will consider and wait for a notice period.Joinery Designer Position Overview

  • Joinery Designer to join a Property Developer in North West London
  • Completing a Refurbishment of 160 Residential studios, Modular units
  • Working with lead architect, factory manager and CAD Technicians
  • Working on site - Harlesden with factory visits
  • Designing joinery on residential projects, mainly modular builds
  • Permanent position
  • Using 3D design for units and joints
Joinery Designer Position Requirements
  • Ideally currently at a Factory or high-end Kitchen Designers
  • Proficient in SOLIDWORKS and expert in Joinery design
  • SWood is CAM software -creating your programs and production documents from your SOLIDWORKS files.
  • Team player and Great work ethic
  • Perceptive with comments and engage with the factory team
  • Need to be able to prepare all the parts for every element of joinery, ready for machining
  • Commutable to Wembley
Joinery Designer Position Remuneration
  • Competitive Salary (D.O.E) £30k - £45k
