Job Description

We are working with an expanding client of ours - with lovely offices based in NW London and an even lovelier bunch of people to work with! Genuinely - they are the most people focussed organisation we have come across in a long time and their growth plansare beyond exciting!This role is brand new for the business and will quickly become a crucial role within their newly created HR team, working underneath and supporting a passionate and people focussed HR Manager.The new HR department has quickly become a positive and irreplaceable presence across the business and this role will continue to be part of how influential the function becomes long term. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves HR! The good, thebad and the ugly side of HR and everything in between. You will be working closely with Managers, influencing and upskilling - and have a genuine impact on the future of their HR function.The areas you will be involved in will be:Employee RelationsRecruitmentLearning and DevelopmentComp and BensHR AdministrationHR ProjectsWe are looking for someone who is ready to take their next step within their HR career, but can equally come in and hit the ground running! The business is going through a period of really positive change from an HR perspective, but this naturally comeswith its challenges internally.
