The Fench Customer Service Advisor will need to be fluent in Frenh and also English. Main responsibility is to respondvia email in a positive and commercial manner to post-travel customer correspondence related to aspects of products or services and settling customer claims. Must have excellent written skills in French and EnglishThe chosen Customer Service Agent will carry out duties such as:
