You will be working closely with our Fire Manager assisting with compliance and additional associated works.You will be organised, be an excellent communicator and be able to manage data across a wide range of platforms. You will work with the wider team to arrange contract meetings, produce minutes for meetings and act as a resident liaison for all fire safety works.You will monitor and manage our fire safety email inbox responding to all customer queries whilst at the same time addressing complaints in a timely manner.You will have worked in an administrative function previously, ideally with the experience of dealing with residents in a social housing setting although this is not a necessity whilst having some experience of dealing with customers in a sensitive environment. You will be IT literate with sound experience of using MS office products like Word & Excel.
