A reputable London events company is looking for a Portal Administrator to join its team.This role will be responsible for supporting the IT team with providing portal / database support to external clients, administration of the portal and reporting.This role is paying a salary of up to £22,000 based on experience and the business is looking for someone that would be available to start quickly.Day to day duties will involve:- Administration of online portal- Assist in live portal events management- Importing information from backend systems into client facing portal- Supporting the online user community and respond to online client queriesTo be considered suitable you will need to have strong customer service skills with some database administration experience.
