Communications Executive - Now TeachReports to: Brand and Content ManagerStart Date: February 2021Location: Remote (with regular scheduled days in London expected as "normal business" returns)Salary: £25k to £30k FTE depending on experience and qualifications (+11% employer pension contribution)About Now TeachNow Teach attracts and recruits experienced professionals into teaching. We have expanded beyond our original regions of London and Hastings to include Birmingham and East Anglia and we are continuing to establish ourselves as a significant player in the sector. We are an ambitious organisation who are working towards a day when it is commonplace to have career changers with valuable alternative career experience become and stay in teaching.We work alongside training providers and schools and have built a strong offering for our 345+ Now Teachers - they receive a professional network of likeminded individuals and a range of other support initiatives across their teacher training year and beyond.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Communications Executive to join our small and ambitious team to help build brand awareness and attract more talented career changers into teaching.Now Teach is at an exciting point of growth as we work to increase our impact and change the face of teaching in the UK. This role will play a vital part in promoting the Now Teach message and supporting the growth of the organisation across the UK.This busy role will support Now Teachs communications and marketing strategy and include content creation, social media planning and delivery, internal communications and public relations.Role description
