Job Description

Sales NegotiatorKEY BENEFITS:

  • £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 6 Months experience required
  • Own car required
  • Must be well presented and well spoken
The ideal Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least 6 monthsexperience. The Sales Negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.Sales Negotiator:
  • 6 months Property Sales experience
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
  • Passion for selling houses
  • Chance to work for a market leading agent
  • Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
  • Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
  • Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
  • Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
  • Carry out viewings of properties
  • Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
  • Must have a valid driving license and own car
