We are currently expanding our teamand seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment operations.Position OverviewAs a Recruitment Operations Assistant with our client, you will be an integral part of their recruitment team, ensuring the seamless coordination of operational tasks. From interview scheduling to candidate support, you will contribute to the efficiencyof their recruitment processes. If you are organised, proactive, and have a keen interest in the tech recruitment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Coordination:
    • Arrange and coordinate interviews between tech candidates and hiring managers.
    • Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders regarding interview schedules.
  • Candidate Support:
    • Facilitate a positive candidate experience within the tech sector.
    • Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring completion of all required tech documentation.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our tech-focused applicant tracking system.
    • Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment metrics within the IT and tech domain.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment processes within the tech industry.
    • Collaborate with team members to implement improvements and tech-focused best practices.
  • Communication:
    • Effectively communicate with internal tech teams and external tech partners.
    • Respond to candidate inquiries with a tech-savvy approach, providing assistance as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven and substantial experience in a compliance or recruitment administration setting is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
