Thats when it hits homeWe have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our team as our Maintenance ManagerPlanned Works, working in our newly formed Maintenance Repairs Partnership. Youll deliver a customer focussed planned maintenance service and major works, with the internalworkforce and contractors. Youll provide continuous improvement and service innovation.Youll be accountable for managing, monitoring and challenging financial performance across the planned workstream. Youll manage contractual relationships with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.You and your team will work commercially and have a genuine understanding of providing a cost effective and value for money service.About youYou have a HNC/HND qualification in building construction or extensive operational experience through your working profession. You have experience of leading a team to deliver multi-component repairs and maintenance activities, with knowledge of planned workand investment processes.As our Planned Works Manager, youll keep projects and programmes of work on track, on time and on budget through brilliant collaboration and communication. You can confidently challenge, interpret contracts, data, statistics and insights to identify trendsto drive performance.Here at Home Group, we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. Youll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile. So, its really important to us that you are technologically savvy (or atthe very least not a technophobe!)When and where youll workYoull be working from home and our office.
