Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager with a background in financial services, legal or pensions to join this small, stable and expanding Hertfordshire based business. This is a full-time permanent office based role which encompasses a mixture of Office and Project Management responsibilities.Office/ Practice Manager Job Overview

  • Staff management to include overseeing the team and workload, recruitment, personal development and performance.
  • Managing effective workflow throughout the business to maintain client service levels.
  • Developing, managing and delivering a new strategic business unit operation.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators to senior management.
  • Maintain regular contact with Financial Advisers and Clients in dealing with incoming enquiries, joining and payment issues.
  • Overseeing all policies including GDPR, Health and Safety and compliance.
  • Primary point of contact for complaint handling, new client additions and administration of leavers.
  • Support the finance function on invoicing, debtors, ongoing services, purchases, quarterly payments and
  • Facilitate communication across the business internally and externally, including the website.
  • Office/ Practice Manager Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience working as an Office Manager preferably within a financial services/ pensions or legal services environment
  • You will have excellent IT skills, be highly efficient, be able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
  • You will have a hands-on approach and be conscientious enough to work autonomously.
  • Exposure in Quickbooks advantageous
