Job Description

Mobilisation Manager£55,000 - £60,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Pension + PackageGreat opportunity for a building services managers or supervisors looking to join an ambitious and expanding company.   • Day to day operation & monitoring of all M&E plant & equipment
  • Manage bid modelling process, workload and duality during tender
  • Lease and handover key deliverables to the Contract Manager
  • Coordination of specialist subcontractors to carry out asset verification, dilapidation/ condition surveys, and to produce reports
  • Manage the renewal process for a maintenance contract
  • Manage the demobilisation of a contract
Background Required
  • Experienced Building Services Manager / Supervisors
  • Background of maintenance within critical infrastructure
  • Qualification in building services mechanical and / or electrical engineering
  • Computer literate
