Youll take accountability for overseeing maintenanceworks seeing them through the eyes of the customer and representing the customer voice with stakeholders/contractors/tradesmen.Youll drive customer satisfaction improvements through analysis, insight and feedback.About youYoull have the ability to communicate technical specifications and requirements to customers in a way thats clearly understood. Your experience of working in a maintenance/technical environment with a broad understanding and experience of maintenance practiceswill provide you with the technical understanding to convey this.Youll have experience of overseeing maintenance works through to a successful completion through a contractor network. As the main point of contact to resolve escalating disputes and conflicts, youll be passionate about quality delivery and have the tenacityneeded to resolve complex, long standing customer complaints.Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment.
