Electrical ManagerWelwyn Garden CityPermanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw),Salary circa £50,000pa, negotiable on skills and experience plus brilliant benefits!Delivering on our customer promise. Thats when it hits homeYoull be responsible for the delivery of a customer focussed electrical installation and maintenances service, working in our newly formed Maintenance Repairs Partnership. Youll organise and co-ordinate programmes of work across maintenance and complianceworkstreams. Through effective supervision of the teams, youll provide continuous service and service innovation with positive outcomes for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders.About youYoull hold a relevant qualification in an electrical discipline, with demonstrable knowledge of managing electrical safety and compliance works acting as duty holder under our NICEIC registration. Youll also have a HNC/HND level qualification in a buildingservices area and/or extensive operational experience of managing internal teams and sub-contractors.You keep projects and programmes of work on track, on time and on budget through collaboration and communication. Youll ensure statutory and mandatory compliancerecords and certifications are effectively stored and maintained.Experience of managing a team, ensuring they live our values, enhance and develop their skills.
