About the role:You will be working within our Construction Business Unit.Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.Check that all information complies with specified company formats, templates and standardsSet up and manage the timely compilation of operational and maintenance manuals.Maintain the documents and drawings providing a full comprehensive traceability of change.Ideally you will have:Experience of Viewpoint software and a clear understanding of WorkflowSignificant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on schemes between £10 and £40 million.What are we looking forAs an experienced Document Controller, you will have a good understanding of electronic document management systems and educated to NVQ level or equivalent.You should also have strong knowledge of setting up and using electronic document management systems, knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.To thrive in our business, you should share our passion for the project at hand and enjoy working in an inclusive and hardworking team environment.
